Telecom New Zealand is New Zealand’s largest internet service provider and provides leading-edge voice, data and mobile services across New Zealand and Australia. TNZI is a business unit within Telecom New Zealand focusing on global voice.
TNZI’s global voice business sees us trading with over 200 voice customers/vendor relationships worldwide, carrying around three percent of all global voice traffic each year. Since 1996, we have been one of the top 10 international carriers in the US. We were the first international carrier to operate using our 214 licence in the USA.
Telecom New Zealand is listed on the Australian and New Zealand stock exchanges, is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and has a strong A rating from Moody's Investor Service and Standard and Poor's. Telecom New Zealand is co-owner of the Southern Cross cable network. At TNZI, as part of Telecom New Zealand, we invest significant effort in being a responsible global player.
